NBA: Cleveland 114, Washington 113 (OT)

WASHINGTON, May 5 (UPI) -- Damon Jones sank a jump shot from the corner with 4.8 seconds left in overtime Friday night as Cleveland beat Washington, 114-113.

The victory helped the Cavaliers advance to the Eastern Conference semifinals against Detroit. Cleveland won the quarterfinal series, 4-2.

LeBron James had 32 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and two steals; Donyell Marshall had 28 points and eight rebounds; and Ronald Murray added 21 points, four rebounds and two assists for the Cavaliers, who rallied from a 14-point first half deficit and advanced to the conference semifinals for the first time in 13 years.

Gilbert Arenas had 36 points, five rebounds, 11 assists and two steals; Antonio Daniels added 22 points, three rebounds and two assists; and Caron Butler had 18 points and a career-high 20 rebounds for the Wizards.
