Storm leads European event at Cadiz

CADIZ, Spain, April 28 (UPI) -- England's Graeme Storm shot a 5-under 67 Friday to take the lead after two rounds of the Andalucia Open Golf Tournament at Cadiz, Spain.

Storm, who was a co-leader with Jose-Filipe Lima of France after Thursday's first round, is 12-under 132 through 36 holes.

He has a one-stroke lead over a group of five players -- John Bickerton of England (65), David Griffiths of England (65), Titch Moore of South Africa (67), Carl Suneson of Spain (64) and Robert Karlsson of Sweden (63).

Three players -- Thomas Bjorn of Denmark (64), Fredrik Widmark of Sweden (65) and Jose Manuel Lara of Spain (66) -- are 10-under 134, followed by Niclas Fasth of Sweden (68) and Louis Oosthuizen of South Africa (65) at 9-under 135.

Storm was the 1999 British Amateur Champion.
