Utah managed to end the season at 41-41 but missed the NBA playoffs by three games. Golden State, which saw a 4-game winning streak snapped Wednesday, started the season 14-9 and finished 34-48.
The Warriors led much of the first three quarters but Utah was able to fight back to tie the score 77-77 heading into the fourth period.
Okur's 3-pointer with 38 seconds to play put the Jazz ahead 99-97 and C.J. Miles added a pair of free throws for Utah, putting Golden State in a position in which the Warriors never had the ball with a chance to tie.
Boozer added 11 rebounds to his 26-point effort and Miles matched Okur's 23-point game for Utah.
Monta Ellis had 27 points and Derek Fisher and Ike Diogu each scored 20 points for Golden State.
