ST. LOUIS, April 7 (UPI) -- Chris Mason stopped all 18 shots he faced Thursday night for his second career shutout and first this season as Nashville beat St. Louis, 3-0.
Kimmo Timonen, Shea Weber, and Paul Kariya each scored goals; and Yanic Perreault had three assists for the Predators (44-25-8). Nashville moved four points ahead of Anaheim for fourth place in the Western Conference playoff chase.

Reinhard Divis stopped 27-of-30 shots for the Blues (20-41-14).
St. Louis has lost a franchise record 12 straight games. The Predators have five games remaining with four of them at home.
