NHL: Nashville 3, St. Louis 0

ST. LOUIS, April 6 (UPI) -- Chris Mason stopped all 18 shots he faced in his first shutout of the season as the Nashville Predators beat St. Louis, 3-0.

Yanic Perreault had three assists and Kimmo Timonen, Shea Weber and Paul Kariya each scored a goal for the Predators, who broke a two-game losing streak -- and moved four points ahead of Anaheim for the fourth spot in the Western Conference playoff chase.

Reinhard Divis stopped 27 of 30 shots for the Blues, who have lost a franchise record 12 straight games.

Nashville was 3-for-7 on the power play, while the Blues failed to score with the man advantage.
