COL BKB: Maryland 82, Baylor 63

ALBUQUERQUE, March 26 (UPI) -- Maryland's Crystal Langhorne tied a career-high with 34 points to lead the second-seeded Terrapins to an 82-63 victory over the third-seeded Baylor Lady Bears.

In the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament, Langhorne shot 14-of-18 from the floor, and also had 15 rebounds for Maryland (31-4), which will take on Utah in the Elite Eight. Maryland connected on 50 percent of its field goal attempts in the contest

Sophia Young posted 26 points and nine rebounds for Baylor (26-7), which made good on only 33.8 percent of its shots from the floor and failed in its attempt to repeat as National Champion.
