NBA: Minnesota 95, Sacramento 89

MINNEAPOLIS, March 20 (UPI) -- Kevin Garnett scored 37 points Sunday as the Minnesota Timberwolves beat Sacramento, 95-89.

Trenton Hassell had 12 points, two assists and two steals; reserve Rashard McCants scored 11 points; Mark Blount had 10 points; and Garnett also had 10 rebounds, two blocked shots and four steals for the T'Wolves (27-39), who snapped a seven-game skid.

Mike Bibby had 35 points, three assists and five rebounds; Kevin Martin had 18 points and four rebounds; Ron Artest totaled 13 points, two rebounds, two assists and three steals; and Kenny Thomas added 13 rebounds for the Kings (33-33).

Sacramento has dropped two in a row following a five-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, the Kings easily out-rebounded Minnesota, 46-33.
