HOUSTON, March 18 (UPI) -- Tony Parker had 23 points and eight assists Saturday while leading the San Antonio Spurs to a 92-77 victory over the Houston Rockets.
Tim Duncan added 14 points and eight rebounds and Robert Horry had 12 points for the Spurs, who are tied with Dallas for the lead in the NBA's Southwest Division. It was San Antonio's fourth straight win.
Yao Ming led the Rockets with 20 points and 10 rebounds and Juwan Howard added 18 points and eight rebounds in Houston's fourth straight loss.
The Spurs opened the second quarter with a 16-5 run after trailing 17-11 at the end of the first. San Antonio outscored Houston 28-16 in the quarter and led 39-33 at the half.
