NBA: New York 103, Milwaukee 98

MILWAUKEE, March 4 (UPI) -- Eddy Curry had 20 points and 11 rebounds and Jalen Rose had 19 points Saturday as the New York Knicks beat Milwaukee, 103-98.

Quentin Richardson added 18 points for New York, which ended a six-game losing streak -- and won for just the third time in its last 25 games. Stephon Marbury was held to eight points, but had 11 assists, and Malik Rose had 10 points and 11 rebounds, as the Knicks ended a 12-game road losing streak.

Michael Redd had 23 points and six assists and Joe Smith had 19 points for the Bucks.

The Knicks scored 13 of the first 17 points in the game and led, 34-21, by the end of the first period. At one point in the second period, the Knicks led by 17 points, 62-45.
