NHL: Vancouver 5, Chicago 4 (SO)

CHICAGO, March 4 (UPI) -- Markus Naslund scored the only shoot-out goal Friday night as Vancouver rallied from a three-goal deficit to beat the Chicago Blackhawks, 5-4.

Brendan Morrison, who scored the game-tying goal in the third period; Henrik Sedin and Anson Carter each had a goal and an assist; Todd Bertuzzi also scored once; and goalie Alex Auld made 26 saves for the Canucks (35-22-5). Vancouver has won three of its last four games. Rene Bourque scored twice; Matthew Barnaby and Kyle Calder each scored once; Jim Vandermeer had two assists; and net-minder Craig Anderson made 37 saves for the Blackhawks (19-31-9).

Chicago has lost seven of its last nine games.

In shots on goal, the Canucks had a 44-33 advantage. On the power play, Vancouver was 3-for-12. Chicago went 1-for-9.
