Olympic Medal: Women's 5000 Speed Skating

TURIN, Italy, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Clara Hughes of Canada won the Olympic gold medal Saturday in the women's 5,000-meter speed skating race.

The silver went to Claudia Pechstein of Germany and the bronze to Cindy Klassen of Canada.
