NBA: LA Lakers 106, Sacramento 85

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Kobe Bryant scored 36 points and dished out a season-high 10 assists as the Los Angeles Lakers downed Sacramento, 106-85, Thursday night.

The Lakers broke open a close contest with an 18-3 run early in the fourth quarter.

Lamar Odom collected 19 points, nine assists and six rebounds while Devean George contributed 15 points and nine boards for the Lakers, who have won three of their last four games.

Mike Bibby tallied 25 points and five assists while Brad Miller contributed 16 points in the loss. Ron Artest compiled 15 points, seven assists and six boards for Sacramento, which has lost two of its last three games.
