COL BKB: Memphis 105; Tulane 65

NEW ORLEANS, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Rodney Carney scored 24 points Saturday night as 3rd-ranked Memphis walloped Tulane, 105-65, for its 13th win in a row.

Carney also had four assists and four rebounds. Darius Washington had 15 points and three assists; Chris Douglas-Roberts had 13 points and seven rebounds; Antonio Anderson added 12 points, five assists and two rebounds; while Kareem Cooper had nine points and seven rebounds for the Tigers (24-2, 10-0 Conference USA). The Tigers' last loss was 69-58 to 6th-ranked Texas on Jan. 2.

Quincy Davis had 19 points and seven rebounds; David Gomez added 14 points and five rebounds; and Donnie Stith totaled eight points, four rebounds, six assists and three blocked shots for the Green Wave (9-15, 4-7 C-USA), who have lost three in a row.

Memphis out-rebounded the hapless Green Wave, 38-25. Tulane committed 22 turnovers while Memphis made 13.
