NBA: Houston 90, New York 83

NEW YORK, Feb. 13 (UPI) -- Yao Ming had 24 points, eight rebounds and four blocked shots Sunday night as Houston beat the New York Knicks, 90-83.

David Wesley added 15 points and three rebounds; and all-star Tracy McGrady scored just seven points but added seven rebounds and six assists for the Rockets (21-30), who have won two in a row.

Quentin Richardson totaled 19 points, six rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots; Jamal Crawford had 15 points, four rebounds and two assists; Jalen Rose had 11 points, two rebounds and two assists; while Maurice Taylor had eight points and 10 rebounds for the Knicks (14-36), who have lost nine in a row and 15 of their last 16 games.

The Knicks out-rebounded the Rockets, 45-38.
