COL BKB: Tennessee 80, Florida 76

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Dane Bradshaw made a tie-breaking lay-up with seconds to play Saturday night as Tennessee upset second-ranked and previously unbeaten Florida, 80-76.

The game-winning basket followed a steal by Chris Lofton with 20.4 seconds left to play.

Lofton had 29 points, six rebounds and three assists; Andre Patterson had 12 points, 10 rebounds and three assists; and JaJuan Smith had 10 points, three assists and six rebounds for the Volunteers (12-3, 3-1 SEC), who stopped a two-game slide.

Corey Brewer had 20 points and eight rebounds; Taurean Green added 17 points and six assists; while both Joakim Noah and Al Horford had 11 points and eight rebounds for the Gators (17-1, 3-1 SEC), who joined Duke and Pittsburgh, who also suffered their first losses earlier in the day.

Tennessee out-rebounded Florida, 38-34. The Gators committed a season-high 19 turnovers, while UT made 13.
