NHL: Ottawa 6, Minnesota 1

MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 16 (UPI) -- Rookie Patrick Eaves had two goals and an assist Monday to lead the Ottawa Senators to a 6-1 victory over the Minnesota Wild.

Chris Kelly added a goal and two assists and goaltender Dominik Hasek stopped 15 shots for Ottawa, which has won three of its last four games.

Filip Kuba scored his team's lone goal and Pierre-Marc Bouchard had the assist for the Wild, who have lost three straight and four of their last five games.

Dwayne Roloson allowed six goals on 34 shots in the loss.
