COL BKB: Arizona 96, Washington 95 (2 OT)

SEATTLE, Jan. 1 (UPI) -- Hassan Adams scored 32 points Saturday as Arizona beat 7th-ranked Washington, 96-95, in double overtime.

The Wildcats (9-3, 2-0 PAC 10), who snapped the longest home-court winning streak in the nation with the victory, got a game-winning free throw in the final seconds from Kirk Walters.

Adams, who went 5-of-7 on three-pointers, added five rebounds and four steals, Mustafa Shakur had 23 points and nine assists, and Marcus Williams had 16 points and nine rebounds for Arizona, which has won three of its four road games so far this season.

Brandon Roy had 35 points, Jamaal Williams added 22 points and seven boards while Ryan Appleby had 12 points, three rebounds and two assists for Washington (11-1, 1-1 Pac-10), which lost at home for the first time in 33 games.

The Huskies had a large 48-32 edge in rebounding, but were guilty of 19 turnovers.
