DENVER, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Ray Allen scored a season-high 39 points and Rashard Lewis added 27 to lead Seattle over Denver, 112-105.

Ronald Murray tallied 18 points and grabbed six rebounds for the Sonics. Damien Wilkins recorded 12 points, eight assists and seven boards, as Seattle used an 11-2 run midway through the fourth to go ahead for good.

Allen hit a three-pointer to tie the score at 96-96 and Wilkins' bucket put Seattle ahead to stay.

Carmelo Anthony ended with 32 points for the Nuggets, who have dropped six of their last eight games.
