NFL: Cleveland 9, Oakland 7

OAKLAND, Calif., Dec. 18 (UPI) -- Phil Dawson hit a 37-yard field goal in the final second Sunday to give the Cleveland Browns a come-from-behind, 9-7 victory over the Oakland Raiders.

Alvin McKinley blocked a Sebastian Janikowski 46-yard field goal attempt with 3:15 remaining to give Cleveland the ball back, down 7-6.

Charlie Frye completed 4-of-5 passes to set up Dawson's fourth career game-winning field goal. Frye got his first win as a starter, finishing the game 21-of-32 for 198 yards with an interception for the Browns (5-9), who snapped a three-game losing streak.

LaMont Jordan rushed 25 times for 132 yards for the Raiders (4-10), who have lost four straight and six of seven. Jordan also caught five passes for 40 yards.

Kerry Collins was 14-of-30 for 132 yards with a touchdown and interception, returning to action after Marques Tuiasosopo started in last week's loss to the New York Jets.
