NFL: NY Giants 27, Kansas City 17

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Dec. 17 (UPI) -- Tiki Barber set a New York Giants single-game record with 220 rushing yards and scored twice in a 27-17 win over Kansas City Saturday night.

Barber broke the franchise's 55-year-old mark set by Gene Roberts against the Chicago Cardinals in 1950 and nearly single-handedly carried the Giants (10-4) to their third consecutive win and one step closer to a possible NFC East title.
