NASHVILLE, Dec. 15 (UPI) -- Steve Sullivan scored a goal and an assist and Pekka Rinne had 35 saves to lead Nashville over the Chicago Blackhawks, 5-3, at Gaylord Entertainment Center.
Vernon Fiddler, Martin Erat, Yanic Perreault and Paul Kariya also scored for the Predators, and Scott Hartnell had a pair of assists.

Mark Bell, Tyler Arnason and Anton Babchuk each scored for the Blackhawks. Craig Anderson allowed five goals on 31 shots.
Nashville improved to 14-3-0 at home this season.
The Predators were 1-for-9 on the power play, while the Blackhawks failed to score in nine power play chances.
