INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 10 (UPI) -- Forward Marco Killingsworth scored a game-high 23 points Saturday as 16th-ranked Indiana blitzed No. 15 Kentucky, 79-53.
The 6-foot-8 inch Killingsworth also grabbed 11 rebounds while A.J. Ratliff added 21 points and two rebounds. Robert Vaden had 11 points and Marshall Strickland collected 10 points, three rebounds and two assists for the Hoosiers (5-2), who made an impressive comeback from Tuesday night's 72-67 upset loss to Indiana State.
Guard Rajon Rondo had 21 points and nine rebounds while Ramel Bradley added eight points for Kentucky (6-3), which lost for the second time in three games.
The Wildcats were a dismal 31.1 percent from the field, going only 2-for-27 on three-point attempts.
UK had a slim 34-33 edge in rebounding, but committed 19 turnovers to Indiana's 12. The Hoosiers led by 35-19 at halftime.
