ATLANTA, Dec. 6 (UPI) -- Shagari Alleyne had 16 points and six rebounds Tuesday as the 15th-ranked Kentucky Wildcats defeated the Georgia State Panthers, 73-46.
Joe Crawford had 14 points and seven rebounds and Ramel Bradley added 12 points, seven rebounds and five assists for the Wildcats (6-2).

Kentucky played without offensive leader Rajon Rondo, who has strep throat.
Rashad Chase had 19 points and five rebounds to lead the Panthers (2-3), who have dropped their last two games.
The Panthers jumped out to an early 11-0 lead, but the Wildcats answered with a 22-3 run and ended the first half with a 30-24 lead. A 22-6 run to start the second half pushed the Kentucky advantage to 52-30.
