COL BKB: Louisville 90, Prairie View 65

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 3 (UPI) -- Juan Palacios scored 19 points and David Padgett had 17 points and 10 rebounds Saturday to lead sixth-ranked Louisville to a 90-65 win over Prairie View A&M.

Brandon Jenkins contributed 16 points and nine assists for the Cardinals (2-0) in the Colonial Classic.

Phillip Scott led the Panthers with 19 points. Anthony Oha added 15 points and Jeremy Wiley 12, as Prairie View (1-3) suffered its third straight loss.

Louisville had a 63-43 lead seven minutes into the second half. Prairie View put together a 12-4 run to pull within 67-55 but the Cardinals pulled away after that.
