KANSAS CITY, Mo., Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Larry Johnson ran for 119 yards and one touchdown Sunday as Kansas City beat the New England Patriots, 26-16.
Greg Wesley made three interceptions for the much criticized Chiefs' defense.
Johnson, who rushed for a franchise-record 211 yards last Sunday against Houston, had 31 rushing attempts and added five receptions for 53 yards. Trent Green completed 19-of-26 passes for 323 yards and one touchdown, and Dante Hall had two receptions for 66 yards and a score for the Chiefs (7-4), who have won two in a row and three of their last four games. Also, the Chiefs broke a three-game losing streak against New England.
Tom Brady went 22-of-40 for 248 yards, one touchdown and four interceptions; Patrick Pass had eight carries for 26 yards and a score and Tim Dwight made five receptions for 76 yards for the Patriots (6-5), who had a two-game winning streak snapped.
