COL FB: Georgia Tech 14, Miami 10

MIAMI, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Reggie Ball scored the go-ahead touchdown in the third quarter Saturday night as Georgia Tech stunned third-ranked Miami, 14-10.

Ball, whose winning score covered 16 yards, was just 11-of-30 for 162 yards passing with no touchdowns or interceptions, Calvin Johnson nabbed six passes for 89 yards and one touchdown and Tashard Choice gained 84 yards on 29 carries and a score. The defense held the Hurricanes to just 237 total yards as the Yellow Jackets recorded their biggest win since an upset of top-ranked Virginia in October 2000 during Tech's national championship season.

Kyle Wright, who was sacked seven times, completed 14-of-31 passes for 207 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, Sinorice Moss had six receptions for 63 yards and one touchdown while Ryan Moore added three catches for 77 yards for Miami (8-2, 5-2 ACC), which had its seven-game winning streak broken.
