COL FB: Georgia 45, Kentucky 13

ATHENS, Ga., Nov. 19 (UPI) -- D.J. Shockley threw four touchdown passes Saturday as 14th-ranked Georgia routed Kentucky, 45-13, to earn a berth in the SEC championship game.

Shockley completed 17 of 31 pass attempts for 159 yards and no touchdowns. Danny Ware had a touchdown run and Bryan McClendon caught two scoring passes for the Bulldogs (8-2, 6-2 SEC), who snapped a two-game slide to earn their second SEC Eastern Division title in three years.

Andre' Woodson was 15-of-26 for only 92 yards while Keenan Burton and Jacob Tamme combined for 69 yards on nine catches for the Wildcats (3-7, 2-5 SEC), who lost to Georgia for the ninth consecutive year.

This loss was Kentucky's second in three weeks.
