NFL: Minnesota 24, N.Y. Giants 21

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Paul Edinger kicked a 48-yard field goal with 10 seconds left Sunday as Minnesota beat the New York Giants, 24-21.

Edinger had missed two tries earlier in the contest.

In their worst offensive effort of the season, the Vikings gained only 137 total yards, but strong safety Darren Sharper intercepted three passes, returning one for a 92-yard touchdown; Koren Robinson had an 86-yard kickoff return for a score; and Mewelde Moore had a 71-yard punt return for a score as the Vikings (4-5), broke a three-game losing streak.

Eli Manning was 23-of-48 for 290 yards, one touchdown and four interceptions for New York. Tiki Barber gained 95 yards and scored once on 23 carries -- and added eight receptions for 111 yards.

Amani Toomer had six receptions for 61 yards and one touchdown for the Giants (6-3), who had 405 total yards but had their three-game winning streak snapped.
