COL FB: Oregon 34, Washington State 31

PULLMAN, Wash., Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Paul Martinez kicked a 19-yard field goal with one second left to lift 11th-ranked Oregon to a 34-31 win Saturday over Washington State.

Dennis Dixon completed 16-of-22 passes for 197 yards and a touchdown for the Ducks (9-1, 6-1 Pac-10), who won their sixth straight game. Brady Leaf connected on 12-of-17 passes for 99 yards with a touchdown and an interception for Oregon.

Jerome Harrison rushed 28 times for 143 yards and a score for Washington State (3-7, 0-7), which has lost seven in a row. Alex Brink completed 22-of-33 passes for 283 yards with three TDs and two interceptions.

Loren Langley split the uprights from 45-yards out to tie the score at 31 with just over five minutes left in the final quarter, but the Ducks drove 73 yards in 14 plays to set up Martinez with the winning kick.
