NHL: N.Y. Rangers 5, Tampa Bay 2

TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Dominic Moore scored twice Thursday night to help the New York Rangers top the Tampa Bay Lightning, 5-2.

Jason Ward and Ville Nieminen both scored once, and Marcel Hossa added a goal and an assist. Tom Poti, Steve Rucchin, Michael Nylander and Martin Straka all had one assist, and goalie Henrik Lundqvist made 23 saves goals for New York (9-5-3), which has won two in a row and four of its last five.

Vincent Lecavalier and Dan Boyle each scored once, Brad Richards, Pavel Kubina and Vaclav Prospal all had one assist, and goalie John Grahame made 15 saves for Tampa Bay (7-8-2), which has lost five in a row.

The Lightning out-shot New York, 25-20. Both clubs were 1-for-7 on the power play.
