NHL: Los Angeles 6, Dallas 3

DALLAS, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Lubomir Visnovksy scored three goals Wednesday night to help Los Angeles Kings top the Dallas Stars, 6-3.

It was Visnovksy's first career hat trick.

Pavol Demitra had a goal and two assists, Craig Conroy registered two assists, and Jason LaBarbera made 29 saves for the Kings (9-4-0), who have won three out of their last four games.

Martin Skoula had a goal and an assist, Mike Modano and Jussi Jokinen each had goals and goaltender Johan Hedberg made 20 saves for the Stars (6-5-0), who have lost three out of their last four games.

Los Angeles was 2-for-6 on the power play, while Dallas went 1-for-7. The Kings out-shot Dallas, 32-26.
