PALM HARBOR, Fla., Oct. 29 (UPI) -- Carl Pettersson fired a 4-under 67 Saturday to tie for the lead after three rounds of the Chrysler Championship at Palm Harbor, Fla.
Pettersson, who is 9-under-par 204, joined second-round leader Steve Lowery, who shot a 1-under 70. Lowery needed a par at No. 18 to remain tied for the lead.

Daniel Chopra (68) is 6-under-par 207 and shares third place with Tom Pernice Jr. (70) and Davis Love III (70). Jeff Brehaut is one stroke further back at 5-under 208.
Chad Campbell (69) is tied for seventh at 4-under-par 209 with Bo Van Pelt and Tim Herron. Stuart Appleby, Dan Forsman and Robert Gamez are one stroke further back at 3-under 210.
A group of five players is tied at 2-under 211.
