NHL: Boston 4, Tampa Bay 2

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 10 (UPI) -- P.J. Axelsson and Brad Isbister each had a goal and an assist Monday to lead the Boston Bruins to a 4-2 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Brian Leetch and Travis Green also scored for the Bruins, while Andrew Raycroft turned aside 26 shots for the Bruins, who halted a four-game losing streak at Tampa Bay.

Fredrik Modin and Dan Boyle each had a goal for the defending-champion Lightning, losers of two of their last three games.

John Grahame allowed four goals on 20 shots before being replaced in the third period by Sean Burke, who managed four saves in his short tour of duty.
