Seven players are tied for second place. Play again was suspended because of darkness with two golfers left on the course. The third round is set for late Saturday morning after the cut is set.

Trailing Coe-Jones by two strokes heading into the weekend are Riko Higashio (64), Joanne Morley (67), Lindsey Wright (68), Heather Daly-Donofrio (66), Beth Daniel (69), Sherri Steinhauer (65) and Nicole Perrot (66).

Overnight leader Cristie Kerr, who opened with a 9-under 62, struggled mightily in the second to a 75. The LPGA's third-leading money winner was still in the lead at minus-11 through 14 holes, but she lost six strokes on three holes and was tied for 12th at 5-under 137.
