COL FB: Oregon 37, Fresno State 34

EUGENE, Ore., Sept. 17 (UPI) -- Kellen Clemens completed 28 of 38 passes for 332 yards and four touchdowns Saturday when the Oregon Ducks beat 25th-ranked Fresno State, 37-34.

Demetrius Williams caught two of the scoring passes and had eight catches for 95 yards for the Ducks (3-0), who have begun the season with three straight wins and play host to No. 1 Southern California next Saturday.

Terrence Whitehead finished with 152 total yards, including 93 on the ground, and added two touchdowns in the victory.

Fresno State quarterback Paul Pinegar completed 34 of 44 passes for 418 yards and three touchdowns. It was the Bulldogs' (1-1) first loss in their last eight games.
