MLB: San Diego 7, Houston 4

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 25 (UPI) -- Miguel Olivo drove in three runs as the San Diego Padres defeated the Houston Astros, 7-4, in the finale of a three-game set at PETCO Park.

Brian Giles added two RBI, while Joe Randa finished the game 3-for-5 with three runs scored. Mark Loretta and Xavier Nady also logged two hits apiece for the Padres.

Chan Ho Park (11-6) earned the win for the Padres, going five frames where he allowed two runs on five hits. He walked two and struck out a pair, while Trevor Hoffman recorded his 32nd save in the win.

Wandy Rodriguez (8-6) was dealt the loss in one-third of an inning. He was touched for three runs on three hits in the fifth frame.

Lance Berkman drove in two runs for the slumping Astros, and Brad Ausmus ended 2-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored.
