Clark and Lafeber share Scottish Open lead

GLASGOW, Scotland, July 9 (UPI) -- Tim Clark shot 6-under 65 Saturday to move into a tie with Maarten Lafeber for the lead after three rounds of The Barclays Scottish Open.

Lafeber posted a 3-under 68 Saturday and the two are at 15-under 198 after 54 holes.

Alastair Forsyth had a 67 to join Angel Cabrera in third place at 14-under 199. Adam Scott (64), Darren Clarke (69) and Thongchai Jaidee (66) are two strokes further back at 201.

Clark, 29, got off to a hot start as he rolled in an eagle putt on the par-5 third to move to 12-under. The 29-year-old South African followed that with a birdie at No. 6.

Lafeber, 30, matched Clark's quick start. He eagled the third to move to 14-under and had a birdie from 12 feet out on No. 4 to take a two-stroke lead over Clark.
