MLB: Toronto 9, Boston 6

TORONTO, May 24 (UPI) -- Reed Johnson hit his second home run of the game in the ninth inning Tuesday to give the Toronto Blue Jays a 9-6 victory over the Boston Red Sox.

Johnson, who had five RBI, batted in the ninth withe score tied 6-6 and slammed the three-run homer to centerfield.

Gregg Zaun, just back from the 15-day disabled list, and Aaron Hill also homered for Toronto.

Bill Mueller hit a two-run homer for Boston, but left the game in the ninth inning after he was hit in the left foot with a pitch. David Ortiz had three RBI for the Red Sox, who have lost four of their last five road games.
