MIAMI, May 21 (UPI) -- Joe Dillon had a pinch-hit home run in the eighth inning Saturday to give the Florida Marlins a 4-3 victory over the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
Juan Encarnacion had a two-run homer and Damion Easley a solo shot for the Marlins, who scored the game's final four runs.
Florida starter A.J. Burnett gave up three runs on just three hits but didn't stay around long enough to get the decision.
Toby Hall had three hits, including a solo homer, for the Devil Rays, who have lost six of their last seven games.
Tampa Bay starter Mark Hendrickson also was not involved in the outcome. He gave up three runs, on a pair of homers, in six innings of work.
