MLB: Milwaukee 8, Philadelphia 5

MILWAUKEE, May 10 (UPI) -- Lyle Overbay and Brady Clark provided the fireworks Tuesday night when the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Philadelphia Phillies, 8-5.

Overbay hit a three-run homer and Clark was 3-for-5 with two runs and a pair of RBI. Carlos Lee added a couple of RBI during a our-run sixth inning outburst. The Brewers have won nine of their last 12 games.

Mike Lieberthal hit a pair of home runs for Philadelphia and Bobby Abreu also homered for the Phillies, who lost for just the second time in their last five games.
