ATLANTA, May 4 (UPI) -- Adam La Roche drove in three runs Wednesday to help the Atlanta Braves beat Florida 5-2.

Winning pitcher Tim Hudson (3-1) held the Marlins scoreless on three hits, but was touched for two runs in the eighth inning. He went 7 1/3 innings, walking one with five strikeouts. Dan Kolb recorded his eighth save.

Losing pitcher A.J. Burnett was tagged for nine hits and three runs in six innings. He walked two and struck out eight.

The Braves left 19 runners on base.
