Originally signed as an undrafted rookie free agent by Minnesota in 1994 out of San Diego State, Griffith reunites with former Vikings coach and current Cardinals coach Dennis Green.

Griffith is the fourth unrestricted veteran free agent to join the Cardinals in the past five days. The team added offensive tackle Oliver Ross from Pittsburgh on Friday, quarterback Kurt Warner from the Giants on Sunday, and defensive end Chike Okeafor on Monday.
