NAPLES, Fla., Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Mike McCullough and R.W. Eaks shared the lead at the ACE Group Classic in Florida Friday at 6-under-par 66.
Hale Irwin shot 67 and Jerry Pate, Leonard Thompson, Wayne Levi, Jim Thorpe and Ron Streck were at 68.

Two-time U.S. Open champion and longtime TV analyst Curtis Strange shot a 2-over-par 74 in his debut on the Champions Tour.
"I hit some good shots," Strange said. "I was actually pretty enthusiastic about playing today. It's just what happens. I'm aggravated, but I knew it was going to be like this. It's competition. Everything's on the line."
