JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Jan. 1 (UPI) -- Leon Washington and Lorenzo Booker combined for 296 yards rushing Saturday as No. 15 Florida State beat No. 23 West Virginia 30-18 in the Gator Bowl.
Washington carried 12 times for 195 yards, including a 69-yard touchdown on the second play from scrimmage. Booker added 101 yards on 20 carries for the Seminoles (9-3).

Xavier Beitia kicked three field goals for the Seminoles.
Florida State's Chris Rix passed for 157 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions.
Kay-Jay Harris rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries for West Virginia (8-4). Rasheed Marshall completed just 11 of 23 passes for 131 yards and a touchdown and was intercepted once.
