JACKSON, Miss., Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Lawrence Roberts made nine of 12 shots from the field for 22 points Wednesday night in carrying No. 24 Mississippi State past Jacksonville State, 95-43.

Winsome Frazier added 12 points as the Bulldogs (11-2) won their sixth straight.

Jacksonville State (4-7) was led by 15 points from Brandon Davis.

The Bulldogs opened the game with an 18-4 run and then scored the first 17 points of the second half -- seven of those by Roberts.
