Buffalo's Drew Bledsoe threw a touchdown pass and Ryan Lindell kicked two field goals.
Rudy Johnson had 130 yards on 23 carries and one touchdown for Cincinnati, which lost its second in a row. Jon Kitna was 16-of-32 for 151 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
