PITTSBURGH, Dec. 1 (UPI) -- Chevon Troutman scored 22 points and grabbed 13 rebounds Wednesday night in carrying No. 14 Pittsburgh to a 65-41 victory over St. Francis (Pa.).
The game was tied at 17-17 when Pittsburgh embarked on a 17-2 run to break open the game.

The Panthers have opened the season with four straight wins. St. Francis fell to 2-2.
Troutman made eight of 11 shots while Carl Krauser had 10. St. Francis was paced by Darshan Luckey with 19.
