SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Two free throws by Kirk Hinrich with nine seconds left Wednesday night gave Chicago the cushion it needed to down Utah, 101-99.
It was the first win of the season for the Bulls after losing a franchise-record nine straight.

Ben Gordon scored 22 points off the bench for the Bulls while Eddy Curry contributed 21.
Andrei Kirilenko led Utah with 20 points.
Chicago had a five-point lead before Carlos Arroyo hit a three-pointer to get Utah within two.
Hinrich then made his two free throws to clinch the victory.
