NFL: Arizona 17, NY Giants 14

TEMPE, Ariz., Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Emmitt Smith ran for two touchdowns Sunday to pace the Arizona Cardinals to a come-from-behind, 17-14, victory over the New York Giants.

Smith rushed for 67 yards on 19 carries and became the first player in NFL history to compile 18,000 career rushing yards.

The Cardinals (4-5) rallied from an early 11-point deficit and have now won four of their last six games after an 0-3 start.

Josh McCown had only 90 yards passing as Arizona won despite only 178 total yards of offense.

Tiki Barber rushed for 108 yards for the Giants (5-4), who have dropped three of their last four games. Amani Toomer caught eight passes for 100 yards.

Kurt Warner completed 19-of-30 passes for 193 yards for New York, which had 80-yard touchdown drives on each of its first two possessions for a 14-3 second-quarter lead.
