MLB: Cleveland 5, Minnesota 3

CLEVELAND, Sept. 25 (UPI) -- Coco Crisp was 3-for-4, including a two-run double in the bottom of the eighth, Saturday as Cleveland rallied for a 5-3 victory over Minnesota.

Crisp also homered and had three RBI for the night. The Indians also received a pinch-hit home run by Josh Phelps.

Cleveland won for the fourth time in its last five games.

Phelps hit his 16th home run of the season in the eighth. J.C. Romero issued back-to-back walks to Victor Martinez and Ben Broussard before Crisp laced a pitch into the right-center field gap to bring home pinch-runner Lou Merloni and Broussard with the go-ahead runs.

Crisp's hit made a winner out of Bob Howry (4-1), who let the Twins take over the lead with a pair of runs in the top of the eighth.

Justin Morneau was 3-for-4 with a homer for Minnesota.
